What is Home Plus Care?

In accordance with the Kansas Department for Aging and Disability Services “home plus” is defined as a “residence or facility caring for not more than 12 individuals” who “need personal care or supervised nursing care to help with limitations in activities of daily living.”

Horton House offers personalized care plans based on the unique needs of each resident, 24-hour care, on-site nursing staff, and many great amenities that celebrate independence at every level. Our community is designed to build relationships with residents and families in a cozy home environment. As a home plus community, our low number of residents allows us to provide the best care your loved ones deserve.
